The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Netherlands Chamber of Commerce and Rotterdam Partners Foundation to enhance mutual cooperation and bilateral trade ties, as well as to stimulate innovative economic partnerships between the business communities of the two countries.
