His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, paid his condolences to the martyr, Abdullah Mohammed Issa Al Hammadi, who died while performing his national duty in the country, and martyr Hassan
Abdullah Mohammed Al Bishir, a soldier from the brave UAE Armed Forces participating in the Saudi-led “Operation Restoring Hope” with the Arab Coalition Forces to support
legitimacy in Yemen.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed his deepest condolences and sincere sympathies to the families and parents of the two martyrs during his visit on Thursday to the mourning majlis in the cities of Khor Fakkan in the Eastern Region of Al Sharjah and the Al Dhait region in Ras Al Khaimah, where he prayed to Allah Almighty to grant them mercy and entrance into heaven and to give their parents patience and solace.
His Highness met and spoke to the families and parents of both martyrs to express the pride of the UAE’s leadership and people for the loyal sons, the nation’s protectors, for what they have offered to the nation in what is right and for their sacrifice and honour. His Highness also expressed his sincere condolences and honest heartfelt sympathies to them.
His Highness said, “Our distress is one, and our honour and pride is one. We all join in protecting our nation and we provide everything that is dear and precious. Our heroes’, the martyrs’, sacrifices are the highest and most precious example of offering and giving that is unmatched.”
His Highness added, “Our righteous martyrs, Allah Almighty rest them all in peace, and their dedication, bravery and firm stances in the battlefields, and their heroism in the fields of duty, are a great chapter of history, which will be immortalised and remain in the memories and minds of the region’s sons. We and the coming generations will be inspired
by their values of patriotism,
sacrifice and bravery.”
His Highness further added, “The qualities of strength, patience and determination that the families and parents of the martyrs possessed, as well as the nation, and the images of solidarity between the individuals of their communities are also a source of pride for us all. We see this solidarity between the members of our society.”
His Highness highlighted the fact that the nation has attained glory and honour due to the sacrifices of its loyal sons and their dedication and devotion, and everyone should work with greater effort in their position for the flag to remain high.
