Mohamed briefed on military developments in Yemen

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, was briefed on the latest developments on the ground regarding operation ‘Restoring Hope’ in Yemen during a meeting on Monday with Commander of the Joint Special Operations of the Saudi-led Arab Coalition, Prince Major Gen. Fahd bin Turki bin Abdulaziz, at Al Shati Palace.
Major General Fahd informed His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed on the progress made by the Yemeni national army and popular resistance, with the support of the Arab Coalition forces, to restore legitimacy from the coup militias and establish stability and security for Yemeni people.
The meeting also tackled ways to support Yemeni national institutions and secure humanitarian assistance for its people.
Sheikh Mohammed and the Saudi commander also discussed a variety of issues of mutual concern.
