The Hong Kong Trade
Development Council (HKTDC) organised a forum to explore the prospects of wider trade and economic opportunities between the emirate of Ajman and Hong Kong.
Held under the patronage of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the “Hong Kong: Your Gateway to China” forum brought together representatives of the emirate’s government departments, business people and investors.
Salim Al Suwaidi, Director-General of the Chamber, said the forum was in line with directives of
the wise leadership to implement the Ajman 2021 Vision, to ensure sustainable development in all sectors.
Perry Fung, HKTDC’s Regional Director for the Middle East and Africa, noted that Ajman enjoys increasing economic growth.
