ATDD organises tour for students

In a bid to inform students about the Emirate of Ajman’s famous touristic destinations and increase awareness of local tourism, the Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD) organised city sightseeing tours for students of Ajman University. The two-day tour coincides with the opening of the new academic year, and a total of 400 students visited the emirate’s main popular attractions and heritage landmarks on board Ajman’s city sightseeing tour buses. ATDD provided specialised tour guides to offer insights about each landmark, including the Al Zorah project, Ajman Museum, the traditional fish market, Ajman Corniche and other popular tourist attractions, ending their journey back at the university. Faisal Al Nuaimi, General Manager of ATDD, said, “As we start the new academic year, it is vital that our students learn about the emirate’s main popular attractions.”
