This verdant terrace invites guests to savour the season with a menu curated by Chef William Béquin, celebrating the freshest flavours of summer: a vibrant cherry tomato tart, Provençal-style stuffed vegetables with poultry, beef, and veal, and a showstopping strawberry sundae by Pastry Chef Maxime Frédéric – his elegant take on the classic Italian gelato.
Created as a true holiday escape in the heart of Paris, the 650-square-metre terrace is a celebration of colour and conviviality. Red and white furnishings, sunny yellow accents, and a joyful, laid-back elegance set the tone for a quintessentially Parisian experience. Meandering pathways lined with shrubs, blooming geraniums, rose bushes, and vivid red hydrangeas release gentle aromas of thyme, basil, and mint, enhancing the terrace’s sensory delight.
