Zelostech has chosen the United Arab Emirates as its strategic base for expanding into Middle Eastern smart-logistics markets. The move follows the signing of a landmark partnership with Emirates Post Group (7X), the UAE’s federal postal operator, to establish AutoLogix, a new venture dedicated to accelerating the adoption of autonomous technologies within the logistics sector.
Zelostech is set to launch pilot operations in the UAE later this year, with full commercial deployment scheduled for next year. The company is recognized as one of the world’s leading developers of autonomous RoboVans. Through its collaboration with Emirates Post, Zelostech will roll out Level 4 autonomous cargo vehicles—fully driverless systems operating without steering wheels or human intervention—designed to enable highly efficient, safe, and the sustainable daily movement of goods between logistics warehouses and distribution operations. The technology will first be integrated into EMX, the logistics subsidiary of Emirates Post Group, and the Middle East’s e-commerce gateway, before expanding across the GCC and the broader region.
Zelostech previously received approval from Abu Dhabi’s Integrated Transport Centre to conduct high-precision mapping and on-road testing in designated public areas. These trials are set to begin next month.
In Dubai, the company signed an MoU with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in September 2025 to support the development of an Autonomous Driving Test Zone, which will enter its testing phase by the end of 2025. The initiative directly supports Dubai’s Autonomous Transport Strategy, aiming to automate 25% of the emirate’s mobility network by 2030. Zelostech’s RoboVans are expected to drive low-carbon, environmentally friendly urban logistics while reducing operational costs and enhancing delivery efficiency—particularly in high-temperature environments.
At the recent DRIFTx exhibition, Zelostech showcased its latest innovations, including the Z5 RoboVan—the industry’s first Level 4 autonomous logistics vehicle, developed in-house and launched in 2023. The Z-series also features three additional models—Z2, Z8, and Z10—offering cargo capacities ranging from 2 to 10 cubic meters. The company also presented its L-series vehicles, designed for transporting distributed heavy goods such as grains, oils, and hotel supplies, built on a high-voltage 400V platform that enables fast charging and greater operational efficiency.
In September 2025, Zelostech won a major award at the he Dubai World Challenge for Self-Driving Transport, reinforcing its position as a global leader in autonomous-logistics technology. The company aims to deploy more than 2,000 autonomous vehicles beyond the Middle East in the coming years.
