The Dining Duet is a limited series crafted to showcase top regional chefs, creating memorable dining experiences through one-of-a-kind collaborative menus. Chef Lily Hoa Nguyen and Chef Jhovani Manalo’s combined talents will shine in a thoughtfully crafted menu featuring eight exclusive dishes, including creative starters like Trio Summer Rolls and Duck Sausage in Japo Leaf, main courses such as the exquisite A5 Wagyu Pho and 3Fils’ signature Kushiyaki, and an indulgent dessert pairing of African Powerhouse and Panna Cotta squares with tropical fruit.
Set on the open-air terrace of 3Fils, overlooking the glistening waters of Jumeirah Fishing Harbour and the Dubai skyline, this intimate event will cater to just 35 guests in one 7:00 pm seating.
