Foreigners purchase AED 570 mn shares on DFM

Foreign investors purchased AED 570.7.2 million worth of shares on Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and sold AED 666.5 million over the week, DFM said on Thursday.
Net foreign investment on the market reached AED 95.7 million, as aggregate sell.
Value of shares bought by foreigner investors comprised 44.4 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the last five days, while value of stocks sold by foreign investors during the same period represented 51.8 per cent of stocks traded during the period, a DFM press release said on the market activities for the current week.
The value of stocks bought by institutional investors reached AED 545.2 million comprising 42.4 per cent of the total value of stocks traded.
The value of stocks sold by institutional investors during the period reached AED 632.4 million which constitutes 46.2 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the week.
Net institutional investment on the market stood at AED 87.2 million during the period, as aggregate sell.
