His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, offered his condolences to the family of the martyr Abdullah Juma Hassan Al Shamsi, who died in the line of duty while taking part in Arab coalition’s ‘Operation Restoring Hope’, to support the people of Yemen and their legitimate government.
While visiting the mourning majlis at Shaam Area, Ras Al Khaimah, Sheikh Mohamed expressed his heartfelt condolences to the family of the martyr. He also prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the martyr’s soul in Paradise and bestow patience and solace on his family.
Sheikh Mohamed consoled the family of the martyr, stressing that UAE citizens are still committed to the legacy and values of the forefathers, thanks to their sacrifices which have been translated in war fields. He added that the Emirati soldiers have proved their loyalty to the homeland and their sacrifices will be memorised as a source of pride for the country and the wise leadership.
He praised the acts of patriotism and courage of the Emirati soldiers. He also lauded the support given by the families to the UAE soldiers in this critical stage in the history of the region.
On their part, the family of the martyr expressed their love and pride about the homeland and wise leadership, citing backing of the leadership to its people in all times and crises. They pledged to defend the homeland.
Mohamed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Under-Secretary of the Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi also offered condolences along with Sheikh Mohamed.
