Zayed Giving Initiative unveils ‘Voluntary Medical Convoys’

The Zayed Giving Initiative launched its ‘Voluntary Medical Convoys’ campaign to provide diagnostic and preventive therapeutic services for the early detection of heart diseases in different segments of
society, especially children and elderly people.
The campaign is in partnership with the Saudi German Hospital, the Dar al Ber Society and the Emirates Volunteer Centre.
The campaign, which will be held under the slogan “Giving UAE”, will see the participation of Emirati, French and international surgeons in an initiative to boost voluntary work of medical staff and comes within the framework of the Campaign to Cure One Million Children and Elderly
People around the world.
The campaign is being launched during the Holy Month of Ramadan to complement the humanitarian initiatives carried out by the Zayed Giving Initiative since its inception in 2002.
