Around 550 people learnt the ropes of setting up and running a profitable business in the competitive UAE market, as the two-day Millionaire Summit drew to a close. Hosted by Wealth Dynamics Unlimited, the event, which was held on April 24-25, was graced by the few of savviest brains in the global SME sector, inspiring young and budding entrepreneurs to push the envelope and helping them achieve their dream goal of becoming a millionaire. The Summit was held at The Address Hotel, Dubai Marina.
Speakers from across the globe spoke extensively on a host of topics including making money at stock exchange,creating millionaire mindset, ways to cash in on social media, part-time profitable businesses, generating secondary incomes, psychology of buying and selling, street-smart business tips, personal branding and working on shoestring budgets, among other areas. Focus was also on finding alternate money-making ventures in these uncertain economic times.
Small and Medium Enterprises sector is among the mainstay of UAE economy with more flowing into the market every year. As per Dubai Economic Department (DED) figures, around 22,000 small businesses were established in Dubai alone last year. The number is expected to rise further given the UAE government’s proactive approach to facilitate an economic environment feasible for SMEs’ growth.
