The company was incorporated in 1962 AD in Luxembourg, Europe, and it has now more than 20 branches all over the world, covering Australia, the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Europe. The company determined in 2014 AD to establish its first branch in Dubai, U.A.E, from where it supervises 20 countries in the Middle East. The company has more than 700 employees in all departments and it covers more than 180 legislations.
