His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on Wednesday received Isaias Afwerki, President of Eritrea, who is currently visiting the country. His Highness Sheikh Mohamed and President Afwerki discussed fostering the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two friendly countries in addition to an array of issues of common interest.
The meeting addressed prospects of economic and investment cooperation between the two countries and ways of advancing relations to higher levels.
The two leaders exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments.
