Youth driving corporate performance at RTA

The Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has emphasised the role of Emirati youth in driving its corporate performance through capitalising on their innovative ideas and technical skills.
Speaking on the occasion of the International Youth Day celebrations, which is marked on August 12, Laila Faridoon, Executive Director of the Office of the Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors cum Chairperson of the Higher Committee for Envisioning the Future at RTA, said, “RTA employs more than 400 male and female Emiratis aged below 30 who have excellent occupational abilities. To enrich their role, RTA had launched the Youth Council in 2016 comprising of Emirati employees from various agencies and sectors of RTA.”
RTA Youth Council had participated in several activities and programmes such as Leadership Forum at RTA.
