The UAE Food Bank’s Board of Trustees recently approved its strategy of sponsorship privileges.
The strategy emphasises the need to allow for the participation of all sectors of society in different categories of sponsorship of thefood bank, especially as the UAE is one of the leading countries in the field of charitable work.
Khalid Mohammed Sharif Al Awadhi, Assistant Director-General of Dubai Municipality for Environment, Health and Safety Sector and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the UAE Food Bank, said that the Board of Trustees has approved a number of rules and regulations regarding those wishing to partner with the UAE Food Bank to achieve various objectives, including broadening the sponsors’ base for the initiative, as well as expanding promotion of the initiative by sponsors and awareness of the bank’s goals, both locally and internationally.
