Zayed House for Islamic Culture (ZHIC) has shifted all its e-services to Abu Dhabi Unified Government System (TAMM), in a move aimed at enabling the emirate’s community to complete comprehensive digital government services through a single point of contact easily and conveniently.
This step comes as a part of Abu Dhabi digital strategy to develop, improve, and provide government services with an innovative mechanism to meet the needs of the community.
Currently, there are six main e-services on TAMM platform for clients to request, including an introduction to Islam session; cultural Islamic publications; social counselling; Qur’an courses among others.
; Islamic culture courses; and Arabic language courses to speakers of other languages.
Dr. Nedal Al Tinaiji, Director-General of ZHIC, highlighted Zayed House’s effective contribution to Abu Dhabi digital transformation through a unified e-platform that would save the clients’ time and effort, in line with the government’s digital trends to facilitate communal wellbeing.
For his part, Dr. Mohamed Abdelhameed Al Askar, Director-General of Abu Dhabi Digital Authority, commended ZHIC for shifting its services to TAMM system, adding that the move highlights the importance of government entities’ cooperation to achieve better communal service, happiness, and welfare.
Dr. Asker underscored the endeavors aimed at enabling various government entities in Abu Dhabi to rely on TAMM integrated system, supported by state-of-the-art technologies and digital solutions, to easily cater to clients needs, in accordance with the digital transformation adopted by the government to offer the best world-class services.
