Young Emirati to host one-day sale of floating seahorse villas

The youngest Emirati real estate professional, Khaled Ali Al Shawy, will collaborate with JK Properties and The Heart of Europe to host a private event which will give a sneak-peak into the Limited Signature Edition Floating Seahorse ocean villas in Dubai on May 30.
The one-day event will feature the limited Signature Edition Floating Seahorses that will be released for potential clients to purchase. Clients can receive a complimentary deluxe suite at The Cote d’Azur Hotel, a premium-quality beachfront hotel, one of The Heart of Europe’s exclusive hotels. These Villas are specially designed for families and large groups and is a perfect leisure retreat.
Khaled Ali Al Shawy told Emirates Business, “This has been an explicit experience. These floating villas are more like sitting in a big aquarium. The most fascinating part of the whole experience is that one can explore all sorts of marine life and learn more about it each day.”
The luxurious Floating Seahorses villas are are designed, engineered and constructed in the UAE and have a current price tag of AED 12 million. According to the developers, the first phase is expected to be completed during the last quarter of 2016.
Josef Kleindienst, Chairman of The Heart of Europe said, “We designed our Signature Edition as a more inclusive version of our floating villa.”
“Buyers will have the opportunity to sit with the interior designer to customize their own sea haven. For our Signature Edition we have decided to toss in a deluxe beachfront hotel unit to reward their full trust in us,” he added.
The main highlights of the unique project is that the Floating Seahorse’s are totally submerged underwater level provides stunning underwater views with a coral garden spanning 600 square feet.
It also features a sky majlis and sky bedroom on the upper level, a sea family room and sea bedroom
on the sea level, and an underwater ladies room and master bedroom, a coral entertainment room and a coral guest bedroom at submerged level.
The developers will also provide outdoor areas for all-year-round entertainment that is being supported by climate control features. It also incorporates smart home automation and various other state-of-the-art technology.
