What is the perception of such a facility in the Dubai market and do you have clients from other emirates?
Dubai is known for its fast-paced lifestyle and its focus on wellness, and trend-setting innovations. The concept of Face Flex resonates strongly in this market, as people are increasingly seeking non-invasive, effective and natural alternatives to traditional beauty treatments. Our face fitness studio, first in this region catering to women and men, offers curated and most innovative face fitness workouts that combine technology and personalised expertise to help customers achieve an instant face lift and sculpted appearance without the need for surgery or injectables and with no downtime.
Today, celebrities and individuals alike are increasingly prioritising safer, more natural approaches to enhance the way they look. This trend is equally popular among male celebrities, highlighting the importance of “face fitness” for everyone. We’re seeing growing interest, not only from residents but also from visitors travelling to the UAE and residents from the other emirates. Is there any case study about any tourist from any other location who came to Dubai to try this?
We’ve seen a significant increase in advance bookings from customers planning to visit Dubai in upcoming months. Many of these customers are specifically seeking out our innovative face workouts during their holidays, particularly when staying in or around the downtown area. We’ve also noticed a surge in inquiries via our social media channels, as tourists from various locations reach out to book sessions with us. This growing interest confirms that Face Flex is not only a local favorite but also a sought-after destination for beauty-conscious travelers looking to experience our unique face workouts while in Dubai.
What’s the feedback and some booking figures since you started operations
Since Face Flex began operations this year in August, the feedback has been extremely positive, with many customers noticing visible improvements in their facial appearance after just a few sessions. Our face workouts have been particularly praised for their ability to tone and lift facial muscles, leaving customers with a refreshed and youthful look.
The holistic, non-invasive approach we offer has resonated well with those looking for an alternative to more invasive treatments.
In terms of bookings, we’ve experienced steady growth since opening. On an average, we’ve seen a month-to-month 50% increase in bookings, with a noticeable rise during peak travel seasons. We’re also seeing a growing number of customers booking in advance, particularly as more tourists plan their visits to Dubai.

We’re particularly focused on starting with Abu Dhabi, where there’s a rising interest in non-invasive beauty treatments and wellness services. Expanding will allow us to reach more customers who are seeking effective, personalised face workouts and facial rejuvenation services.
