The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) has
requested all entities wishing to administer public subscription to get a prior licence from SCA.
The licence can be easily obtained by contacting the department concerned at the authority, said SCA in a circular distributed on May 7 to stock companies operating in the country, underlining the necessity that any entity administering public issuance and distribution of securities have to ensure that the hired lead manager has a licence from the Securities and
Commodities Authority.
