UAE, Indonesia continue to provide essential medical services to injured Palestinians in Gaza

The Indonesian medical team, as part of Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, has continued to provide a variety of medical services to injured Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
The Indonesian doctors are working side by side with Emirati medical team to offer medical support to the wounded and injured in the Gaza Strip providing them with top-tier healthcare services of the highest international standards.
Since joining the Emirati Field Hospital in Gaza and the Emirati Floating Hospital, the Indonesian medical staff has treated over 250 cases and performed around 180 surgeries.
The participation of the Indonesian medical team is a testament to the robust relationship between the UAE and Indonesia and is an effort to enhance their humanitarian role towards the Palestinian people.
The medical teams aboard the floating hospital continue to provide critical care to the injured and wounded Palestinians, adhering to the highest international health standards. This facility has proven to be a successful model for treating complex cases.
So far, more than 49,000 cases have been treated, and over 3,000 successful surgeries have been conducted. Additionally, prosthetic limbs have been fitted, along with other humanitarian efforts aimed at restoring hope and alleviating the suffering of the people in Gaza.
In a related context, the Prosthetics Centre within Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 continues to provide prosthetic limbs fitting to the injured who lost their limbs during the war in Gaza.
So far, 63 prosthetic limbs have been fitted, in addition to providing comprehensive support to the injured with cutting-edge medical devices in orthopaedics and rehabilitation.
