Dr Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al Bana, the UAE Ambassador to India, met with the Chief Minister of the Indian State of Gujarat, Anandiben Mafatbhai Patel.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen them. The UAE envoy and the Indian official also tackled issues of mutual interest.
On behalf of the Indian government, Patel expressed her interest in strengthening the relations between the two countries. She added that Gujarat had earned a reputation of being the engine of growth in India, thanks to its development and business-friendly environment.
The chief minister reiterated that her state has established itself as one of the world’s favourable business hubs.
