The United Arab Emirates (UAE), represented by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, joined the 79th International Training Centre (ITC) board meeting which was held recently in Torino-Italy as part of the International Labour Organisation’s annual meetings.
The session was attended by Guy Ryder, Director-General of the International Labour Organization, President of the Council, and more than 60 participants from Member States, as well as representatives of the employer’s and workers’ group.
On the sidelines of the meeting, UAE representatives honoured the government of Italy in recognition of their continuous support to the training center, in addition to honouring members of participating governments for their efforts over the past three years.
