His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on Wednesday called British Prime Minister Theresa May to express his deepest condolences and sympathies for the victims of the terrorist attack that targeted the city of Manchester, killing and injuring innocent people.
During the conversation, Sheikh Mohamed voiced his strong condemnation and denunciation of the terrorist attacks and also wished the injured a speedy recovery.
Sheikh Mohamed reaffirmed the UAE’s firm stand and solidarity with the United Kingdom, UK, and its friendly people at this delicate time of confronting terrorism, violence and extremism in all its forms and manifestations.
He called on the international community to stand united in order to confront and eradicate the scourge of terrorism, which undermines global security and stability.
The British PM thanked Sheikh Mohamed for his noble feelings towards the UK and its people in the wake of these criminal attacks.
