issued a Resolution restructuring the Board of Directors of Etihad Aviation Group under the chairmanship of Mohamed Mubarak Fadhel Al Mazrouei.
The council comprises of Mohammed Ali Al Shorafa
Al Hammadi, Vice Chairman, Hisham Khaled Tawfiq Malak, , Jassem Hussain Thabet, among others.
