His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces,
on Wednesday received a phone call from Dr Frank-Walter Steinmeier, President of Germany.
During the call, Sheikh Mohamed and German President discussed strategic relations between the two friendly countries and ways of developing and enhancing them in various domains.
They discussed the future of global energy security, market conditions, and the importance of working on their stability.
Sheikh Mohamed renewed his congratulations to Dr Frank-Walter Steinmeier on his re-election as the German
President, wishing him success in serving his country and
people.
The two sides touched upon Expo 2020 Dubai and its significance as a platform for the exhibiting countries to showcase their latest innovations, advanced programmes and sustainable solutions that aim
to serve the future of humanity and contribute to improving the lives and prosperity of
societies.
Sheikh Mohamed and German President also discussed a number of issues of mutual concern and exchanged their points of view on them.
