Security of Arab countries indivisible

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, held an official discussion on Monday with HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince of Bahrain, Deputy Supreme Commander and the First Deputy for the Prime Minister, where they discussed the bilateral ties between both countries and the means of strengthening and developing these ties in all fields.
The discussions included developments in the current regional situation, especially on issues related to the security and stability of GCC countries.
When the discussions began, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa conveyed the regards of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and his best wishes to His Highness and the people of the UAE to flourish and advance.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed welcomed His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and his accompanying delegation and asked him to deliver the regards of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed praised the solid and fraternal historical ties that combine the UAE, with its leadership and people, with the Kingdom of Bahrain, while assuring that the security of all the Gulf Arab countries is indivisible, and the security of the UAE also benefits the security and
stability of Bahrain.
“We take a combined journey to development and advancement while connecting the Gulf countries and their peoples, and presenting a positive and luminous example, in a region that suffers from chaos and violence,” His Highness Sheikh Mohamed said.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed said that he is totally convinced that all external plans that target Bahrain, with its government and people, will fail completely due to the awareness of the UAE’s people in Bahrain, and the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the solidarity of Gulf countries.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa said, “The UAE has a great regard for Bahrain’s leadership and people and has an essential role in supporting the GCC, and its positions on different issues represent a source of pride for Bahrain and GCC countries.”
His Highness highlighted the fact that the ties of both countries have seen continuous advancement that has led them towards a more developed future, with the care given by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, which is reflected by the joint stance of both countries towards different issues, and the UAE’s honourable position towards Bahrain and its people through its different stages.
In this context, he recalled the role of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan in building the bridges of communication and brotherhood between the countries, and his founding of a solid base of bilateral co-operation that today reached exceptional stages, while his sons Their Highnesses the Rulers of the Emirates, continue to build on his achievements.
During the session, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa praised the UAE’s current development vision and accomplishments.
The discussion was attended by HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior; HH Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, as well as a number of ministers and high officials. It was also attended members of the
delegation from Bahrain.
