RAMADAN FLAVOURS ACROSS THE CITY WITH 3FILS, SLRP AND KANJI

DUBAI/GULF TIME

This Ramadan, 3Fils, SLRP, and Kanji by 3Fils unveil a curated selection of Ramadan-only creations available throughout the month across their venues in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, bringing warmth, depth, and soul to the table through dishes and drinks that bridge Japanese craft and Middle Eastern flavour.
Upon arrival at 3Fils, guests are welcomed with complimentary Arabic Coffee infused with cardamom, saffron, and a hint of rose water, before being served Mint Laban during the meal, a creamy Greek yogurt, sea salt and fresh mint blend for a refreshing, naturally sweet finish. A gesture of hospitality rooted in the spirit of the Holy Month.
The experience continues with the return of the Kushiyaki station reintroducing one of the restaurant’s most iconic rituals of open-flame cooking. From the fire emerge signatures such as Yakitori glazed in tare with baba ganoush, Takoshiyaki with Fremantle octopus, harissa and tare, A5 Wagyu with tare and wasabi, Padrón Peppers served with nori dates aioli and lemon, and Layali Brew, a spiced cordial built on Arabic coffee, zaatar, cardamom, dates, and mirin (non-alcoholic). The menu is further elevated by the restaurant’s February specials, including the viral Gyoza Lasagna.
At SLRP, the Ramadan menu leans into comfort with Lamb Udon with shio kombu and homemade kabsa paste, Chicken Kabsa Rice with clear chicken soup, corn fed grilled chicken and tomato chutney, and the Wagyu Mushroom Lasagna, layering A5 Wagyu chashu with brown mushrooms, crispy garlic and umami sauce. The bar offering introduces fresh and vibrant contrasts with Cloudy Melon, a light lemonade blended with watermelon syrup, and Pome Electro, a bright mix of pink grapefruit soda and homemade pomegranate syrup.
For those who prefer at home gatherings, Kanji by 3Fils introduces Matcha Tiramisu, a soon-to-be favourite for matcha lovers, alongside Sunset Fizz, a botanical drink blending mixed berries, coconut water, and Middle Eastern spices.
Across all three brands, Ramadan is expressed through a shared language of flavour, where tradition and innovation come together in a collection of dishes and drinks created exclusively for the Holy Month.
