RAK Properties PJSC, Ras Al Khaimah’s biggest property developer listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange, revealed that its Julphar Residence property – the developer’s 24-floor residential tower on Abu Dhabi’s
Al Reem Island – will be
completed in Q4 2018.
Speaking during this week’s Cityscape Global 2016 — the Middle East’s leading international real estate event running until September 8 at the Dubai World Trade Centre — Mohammed Sultan Al Qadi, Managing Director and CEO of RAK Properties, said Julphar Residence is poised to become the UAE capital’s latest iconic address, catering to the different needs and tastes of a range of prospective buyers, from young executives, to small and medium families.
“Julphar Residence has a prime central location within the vibrant Al Reem Island community, while being close to nature. All design elements combine comfort with practicality, to maximize the use of space, natural light, and offer warmth through the materials used and its color scheme,” said Al Qadi.
With 266 apartments ranging from chic and smartly laid out studios measuring 440sqft to spacious 1950sqft three-bedroom units, each apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize natural light and ensure sweeping panoramic views of the UAE capital skyline.
From the outside, the building’s facade of contemporary stone and sleek glass design encapsulates modern Abu Dhabi by highlighting the stark contrasts between the modernity and the desert.
Julphar Residence consists of four podium levels including an elegantly-designed welcoming lobby on the ground floor. The upper three podium levels consist of covered residential and car parking areas.
The main tower features 19 floors of residential apartments with amenities including a tranquil rooftop communal garden overlooking the city, adult and children’s pools on the podium level, a fully equipped gym and separate male and female saunas.
The company launched its first project, Julphar Towers – a 45-storied twin office and residential project at a cost of AED 500 million – in February 2006 followed by Mina Al Arab – spread over 43 million sq. feet at a cost of AED 10 billion – in May 2006.
