A delegation from the Portuguese Business Council in Dubai recently visited Sharjah Airport International Free Zone (SAIF Zone) to identify possible investment opportunities and cement their trade relationships with the free zone.
The delegation, led by Caetano Leitao, was received by Raed Bukhatir, Deputy Director of Business Development at SAIF Zone.
During the meeting, Bukhatir elaborated on the features and facilities of the SAIF Zone to the delegation. Leitao said that many Portuguese companies want to set up business in SAIF Zone.
Saud Salim Al Mazrouei, Director of Hamriyah Free Zone and SAIF Zone, expressed his happiness over the visit, and said that this is result of SAIF Zone’s recent promotional tours to the Portuguese cities of Porto and Lisbon.
