NMC launches Customer Satisfaction Index

The National Media Council (NMC) launched the Customer Satisfaction Index in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
On the occasion of the launch in Al Ain, Mansour Al Mansouri, Acting Director-General of the NMC, highlighted the importance of listening to customers’ views and their expectations to provide them with the best services.
He urged NMC staff to innovate in the provision of services, submit ideas that will promote customer satisfaction and improve overall services provided by the National Media Council.
He added that the NMC seeks to implement the goal of the federal government to improve the services provided and increase customers
satisfaction.
