Mohamed greets Indian vice president on Republic Day

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received at his residence in the Indian capital New Delhi Mohammad Hamid Ansari, the Vice President of India.
The two sides discussed bilateral ties between the United Arab Emirates and India, stressing on the importance of boosting existing areas of cooperation and developing new ones for the benefit of the two friendly
nations.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed congratulated the Vice President on the occasion of the 68th Republic Day, expressing pride at the depth of UAE-India and the great care they receive from the leaders of the two countries.
For his part, Mohammad Hamid Ansari appreciated the feelings of goodwill expressed by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, praising the special relationship that binds the two friendly nations.
The two sides agreed on the need for further boosting bilateral relations and expanding the areas of cooperation and mutual work. Additionally, the two sides discussed regional and international issues and recent developments in areas of mutual interest.
