His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, has issued a decision restructuring the Board of Trustees of the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation.
The board will be chaired by H.H. Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan. H.H. Sheikh Omar bin Zayed Al Nahyan will serve as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees. The members will be the following:
Dr. Amna bint Abdullah Al Dahak Al Shamsi, Minister of Climate Change and Environment, Mariam bint Mohammed Almheiri, Head of the Office of International Affairs at the Presidential Court, Abdullah Ahmed Balalaa, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Energy and Sustainability Affairs, Salmeen Obaid Al Ameri, CEO of Silal, and Fahd Mohammed Al Ameri, Executive Director of Development and Humanitarian Affairs at the Office of Development and Fallen Heroes’ Families Affairs at the Presidential Court.
The Zayed Foundation is an affiliate of the Erth Zayed Philanthropies, established as per Decree No. (126) of 2024.
The foundation aims to honour the legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and carry on the UAE’s ongoing efforts in humanitarian, charitable, and developmental work.
