Underscoring Majid Al Futtaim’s leadership in the retail sector, the Luxury Wing has undergone a complete revamp as part of the mall’s Evolution 2015 AED1 billion multi-stage redevelopment journey, contemporising the avenue to offer a premium location for international luxury brands.
Most recently, Mall of the Emirates has welcomed MCM, Boucheron, Brunello Cucinelli, Etro, Marc Jacobs, Roger Vivier and Polo Ralph Lauren boutiques to the modern and stylish fashion wing. Earlier this year, the mall launched stores by Saint Laurent, Marni, Alexander McQueen and Jimmy Choo, and scheduled for this month Bvlgari will complete the area.

Founded in 1976, MCM, or Modern Creation München, has grown to become a global phenomenon offering cult classic luggage and leather goods loved by high profile travellers; legends like The Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Freddie Mercury and David Bowie. Known for its craftsmanship and personalised touches, the new MCM store is sure to be a favourite for shoppers looking for an undeniable modern classic.
Fine jeweler, Boucheron is open now on Level 1, presenting its distinct nature-inspired motifs, floral designs and incredible fashion-forward jewels that have garnered it international acclaim. Established in the 1800’s with the vision to create ‘living’ jewellery that was both innovative and sensual. For over 150 years, Boucheron has been designing precious jewellery and watches for the world’s most elite clientele.
Knitwear specialist Brunello Cucinelli has opened his first boutique in the Middle East at Mall of the Emirates Luxury Wing. The sophisticated store houses the current men’s and women’s collections by the “king of cashmere” known for his use of a timeless colour palette, lavish fabrics and his ethical approach to business and design.
For over 40 years, Italian label Etro has been synonymous with style, quality and elegance. Created from Gimmo Etro’s innate passion for travel, history and culture the family-run brand opened its doors at Mall of the Emirates for visitors to shop women’s and men’s pret-a-porter collections.
Known for its American-chic aesthetic, Ralph Lauren’s renewed store on Level 1 houses men’s, and women’s as well as accessories. The new store reflects the iconic brand’s all-round sensibility that encompasses an aspirational style where sportswear meets luxury fashion.
Founded in 1984, Marc Jacobs has joined the Luxury Wing on Level 1, delivering the award-winning New Yorker’s ready-to-wear and accessory lines. The reopened store houses a comprehensive selection of pieces the brand is renowned for including recognizable design elements, one-of-a-kind textiles and attention to detail.
Since opening his first boutique in Paris in 1937, Roger Vivier – known as the Fabergé of shoes – has created shoes like sculptures, which have become loved by leading ladies and royalty the world over, including Queen Elizabeth II and Brigitte Bardot. Roger Vivier always stayed ahead of trends, daring to create the platform sole in 1937 and the stiletto heel in 1954. Today, timeless icons such as the Belle Vivier Buckle ballerina, Choc heel stilettos and Prismick bags enchant all women in search of exclusive elegance.

The completion of Evolution 2015 marked a key milestone in Mall of the Emirate’s 10-year anniversary which celebrated a decade of innovation in retail, entertainment and hospitality as the Middle East’s first shopping resort destination.
