IIT Delhi – Abu Dhabi opens second round of undergraduate admissions for academic year 2025-26

• For UAE Nationals: 100% tuition fee waiver + AED 4000 monthly stipend for living expenses, supported by the UAE Government.
• For Non-Emirati Students: 100% to 50% fee waivers based on semester-wise academic performance. Additional need-based grants for living expenses for deserving students on a case-to-case basis.

A Simple, Streamlined Admission Process:
IIT Delhi – Abu Dhabi has a simplified yet selective admission process with its One-Exam, One-Application system. Students are assessed through the Combined Admission Entrance Test (CAET), which evaluates candidates in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
For the Academic Year 2025-26, CAET is being held in two sessions, allowing students to appear in one or both. The higher score from the two sessions will be considered for the final selection process. The first session of CAET 2025 was successfully completed on February 16, 2025. Session 2, scheduled for April 13, 2025, provides another opportunity for prospective students to secure admission.

CAET 2025 – Session 2 Details:
• Registration: March 3 to April 3, 2025
• Exam Date: April 13, 2025

Exam Format:
• Mode: Offline, Pen and Paper
• Duration: 3 hours
• Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
• Total Questions: 60 (20 each for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics)
• Question Type: Multiple Choice

Eligibility Criteria for CAET:
• UAE Nationals: Students who have completed or are appearing for Class 12 in the current year.
• International Students: Nationals of any country other than India.
• Indian Expatriates: Indian expatriates who have lived in the UAE for the past 5 consecutive years and completed their schooling from Class 8 to 12 in the UAE.
