HOSTING RAMADAN, THE MINOTTI WAY

GULF TIME

As homes come together for iftar and late-evening suhoor gatherings, Ramadan becomes a season shaped by generosity, conversation and the natural flow of guests between living, dining and outdoor spaces. Known for its refined approach to contemporary living, Minotti presents a hosting edit designed to support both intimate family moments and larger gatherings, with a seamless dialogue between indoor and outdoor living – a defining feature of the Minotti lifestyle.
Founded in Meda, Italy in 1948 and led today by the second and third generations of the Minotti family, the brand is internationally recognised for its craftsmanship, timeless elegance and understated design language. This Ramadan hosting edit brings that philosophy to life through a selection of seating and dining pieces created for gathering and sharing.

Bézier & Bézier Cord Outdoor
Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27
The Bézier and Bézier Cord Outdoor seating systems create an organic and flexible hosting landscape that flows naturally from living rooms to terraces and garden majlis settings. A tribute to the fusion of mathematics and art, the design is inspired by the legacy of Pierre Bézier and his parametric curve, celebrated for its precision and fluidity of form. Defined by generous, sculptural volumes that can expand into island-like configurations, Bézier creates new ways of experiencing living spaces, transforming the sofa from a simple object into a place of meeting and gathering – ideally suited to Ramadan evenings that unfold around conversation and shared moments.

Designed to accompany both interior and exterior seating arrangements, the Bézier and Bézier Outdoor coffee tables echo the fluid language of the collection. Defined by organic volumes and a curvilinear silhouette, the tables are highly versatile and easy to overlap in different compositions, creating sculptural yet practical surfaces for serving drinks, dates and small dishes. Available in wood, marble, stone and metal finishes, they maintain visual continuity across living spaces and open-air hosting areas.

Andrée Dining Outdoor
Hannes Peer
Andrée offers a distinctive solution for open-air hosting, while maintaining a strong visual dialogue with interior dining spaces. Its glazed ceramic finish and architectural form create a natural centrepiece for terrace and garden gatherings during Ramadan and Eid, when al fresco dining becomes part of everyday hosting. Clearly inspired by the 1970s, finishes include monochrome, single-material in glazed ceramic in colours: Black, Putty, Green, Corten, Aquamarine and Sand.

Mik
Rodolfo Dordoni
Defined by refined craftsmanship and everyday functionality, the Milk tray is a discreet yet decorative accessory designed to complement hosting settings across the Minotti collection. Available in round or square formats, the tray is entirely covered in saddle-hide leather, finished with meticulous detailing that highlights the warmth and tactile quality of the material. Offered in Mud, Tobacco, Dark Brown and Black, it provides an elegant surface for serving and styling during Ramadan gatherings.

Libra
Giampiero Tagliaferri
Designed for relaxed, shared dining during Ramadan, the round version of the Libra table brings a refined modernist presence to hosting spaces. Defined by its softly contoured, rounded top, the table can be enriched with an integrated revolving tray in the same finish, functioning either as a practical serving element or a subtle decorative feature. The sculptural base combines metal or wood plates bent into a distinctive “V” shape with tubular supports, referencing the visual language of the wider Libra collection and lending the table a light yet architectural character.

Linha Livre
Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27
Linha Livre is conceived for long, convivial gatherings, offering a generous dining surface while remaining visually light and refined. Slender legs in patinated bronze metal support a top in stone, marble or wood, meeting the design challenge of a large-span table with a remarkably thin frame and a surface that can extend up to four metres in length. Its distinctive free-form shape allows seating to be arranged without hierarchy, encouraging relaxed conversation and shared dining during iftar and festive Eid meals.

Cameo
Hannes Peer
Inspired by modernist principles, Cameo is a refined side table defined by clean, sculptural lines and a carefully balanced use of materials. For Ramadan settings, the Champagne-colour chrome finish brings a soft, warm glow to living and majlis spaces, subtly reflecting candlelight and evening atmospheres. The pyramid-shaped metal base supports a slim tabletop designed to overlap sofa seating, making Cameo an elegant and practical companion for serving and sharing during relaxed iftar and late-evening gatherings.
Now available at the Minotti flagship store on Jumeirah Road, Dubai, in partnership with Al Tayer Insignia, the Ramadan hosting edit reflects Minotti’s distinctive vision of contemporary hospitality – where craftsmanship, comfort and architectural balance shape spaces for gathering throughout the Holy Month and beyond.
