Hidd Al Saadiyat: New address of luxury

As per the officials, nearly 85 percent of the units are already sold out.

Initial construction on Hidd Al Saadiyat began in January 2013. Construction milestones continue to be met and the project handing over will begin in November 2016.
Among the activities that have concluded are all the underground services including water, sewerage and electrical cables which have been installed with final testing and commissioning of these services taking place.
Additionally, all electrical substations and lifting stations have also been completed and are scheduled to be tested and commissioned.
The project’s main roads have all been paved allowing vehicular and foot traffic at the development to be sustained. Furthermore, work on the footpaths and villa driveways are to commence in the upcoming months.
Meanwhile as Hidd Al Saadiyat approaches completion of its prestigious neighborhood, all light pole bases and electrical cables have been fitted, which will allow installation respectively.
