AlZaabi added that the media sector plays a crucial role in promoting public awareness of financial matters, money laundering, and terrorist financing crimes, their types, methods, and techniques, along with the relevant legislative frameworks.
He pointed out that the UAE attaches high importance to combating money laundering and terrorist financing and places it among its priorities in line with the wise leadership directives.
The Global Media Congress will have a wide variety of programmes and exhibitions focusing on the most relevant issues related to the future of the media sector.
