Dr Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, inaugurated the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC) office in the Emirate
of Sharjah. Through these
new office locations, the
ministry seeks to strengthen
its services.
The new office, located on Maliha Road in Sharjah, provides a range of services, including the certification of clients’ certificates, follow-up of citizens’ affairs and mainly the receipt of applications for the issuance and renewal of diplomatic passports.
It will also be following up on cases and matters concerning UAE residents and receiving and directing consulate consignments to the UAE.
Mohammed Mir Al Rashedi said that the opening of the office was based on the directives of HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister
of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, to pro-
vide distinguished services
in line with the comprehensive development witnessed by
the nation.
The ministry opened a number of offices in various areas of the country to ensure government excellence and provide consular services to citizens, residents, companies and
institutions, he added.
