Emirates College for Advanced Education (ECAE) has announced an extension of the admission deadline for its Pre-Service Early Years and Primary Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) and Pre-Secondary PGD programmes until June 23. The programmes offer newly graduated educators who have yet
to begin their careers in education an invaluable opportunity to enhance their practical pedagogical skills, leverage their academic achievements, and
future-proof their teaching methodologies.
The innovative PGD programmes are tailored to meet the evolving demands of the UAE’s education sector. Delivered by proficient academics and experts, the programmes are designed to support the growth and upskilling of aspiring newly graduated educators. They are founded on extensive research and studies and the integration of global best practices in education.
The Pre-Service Early Years and Primary PGD program comprise 28 credits, while the Pre-Secondary PGD comprise 25 credits. They are both catered specifically to aspiring teachers with limited teaching experience, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of teaching approaches. Through a blend of practical, theoretical, and research-based modules, students will refine their teaching techniques and gain insights to enhance their classroom practices.
ECAE invites all aspiring teachers to take advantage of this opportunity for professional growth and development by enrolling in the programmes before the deadline. Interested individuals can reach out to the academic support office at ECAE by phone at 02 509 9833.
