Dubai Trade, the single window for cross-border trade and smart trading solutions, and Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities management solutions in the GCC, have announced the integration of Imdaad’s website and Dubai Trade’s secured e-Payment gateway, ‘Rosoom’.
Almost 3,000 of Imdaad’s customers can now process payments online eliminating the need to visit its customer service centres for payment transactions. The partnership reflects both organisation’s commitment to adopt smart solutions and sustainable development.
“Rosoom” will also allow Imdaad’s customers to choose from a variety of payment options including major credit cards, direct debit by linking to the online internet banking portals of major banks, and pre-payment tools such as the e-Dirham. Imdaad’s new e-services portal, accessible through www.imdaad.ae, will also enable its customers to enquire about work orders and invoices online without having to visit the company’s customer service centres or place a call for their transactions.
Eng. Mahmood Al Bastaki, CEO of Dubai Trade, said: “We are proud of the integration between our e-Payment gateway “Rosoom” and Imdaad’s website as it will help us enhance ‘Rosoom’ by opening doors to new markets and businesses. It also part of our contribution to the vision of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to transform the city into one of the smartest in the world. Our collaboration with Imdaad proves that the smart integration of electronic platforms is an important development that must be undertaken to fulfil that vision. Additionally, our partnership cements Dubai Trade’s position as a leading smart solutions and e-Services provider in the UAE.”
Jamal Abdulla Lootah, CEO of Imdaad, added: “We chose “Rosoom” for several reasons, predominantly due to its highest levels of safety, security and protection that it can provide for our clients. Since its launch in 2008, “Rosoom” has not witnessed any scams or identity theft, and it is accredited by the most significant trade and logistics organizations and companies operating in Dubai. We look forward to seeing this strategic partnership enhance our customers’ satisfaction. By embracing new opportunities for the development of new smart services, our clients can make use of the latest technologies and get easy access to our main services, which we offer at the highest and most innovative standards.”
