the UAE.â€
The Shanghai edition of the show builds on the huge success of the Dubai Property Show held in Mumbai last December, as well as previous shows held in other major global destinations including Hong Kong and London. Via the show, DLD will be bringing Dubai’s leading real estate developers to Shanghai, to enhance the Emirate’s position as a top destination for Chinese investors.
“The exhibition will provide a valuable opportunity for Chinese investors to discover the unique characteristics of Dubai’s real estate market, including its tax-free rent income, strong infrastructure, and high return on investments compared to the global market. The Emirate enjoys high demand from a wide variety of investor categories across the world, and DLD will be aiming to explain why while we are in Shanghai. We are confident that the Shanghai edition will continue to strengthen the popularity and global reach of the Dubai Property Show, especially as the exhibiting companies and organisations are well prepared to provide Shanghai with a glowing insight into the wide range of attractive investment opportunities that Dubai’s real estate market offers.â€
