The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) marked International Labour Day on Sunday by holding an appreciation ceremony to thank labourers working with the Authority for their dedication and their contribution to the success of the organisation.
His Excellency Humaid Al Qatami, Chairman of the Board and Director-General of DHA addressed more than 200 labourers at a felicitation ceremony, which took place at the Rashid Medical Library. The ceremony was organised by the Authority’s Human Resources Department to honour labourers including cleaners, messengers, air condition technicians’ etc. working with the Authority.
“Celebrating the International Workers’ Day reflects our gratefulness to the workers for their dedication and commitment,†said Al Qatami.â€

At the end of the felicitation ceremony, workers received gifts and a certificate of appreciation.
