The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry(DCCI), in cooperation with the Dubai Government Excellence Programme, DGEP, recently organised a workshop on adopting the newly-introduced 4th Generation of the Government Excellence System.
Dr Ahmed Nusairat, Coordinator General, and Dr Ziad Al Kahlout, Quality and Excellence Advisor at DGEP Secretariat-General, conducted the workshop and provided practical steps, responsibilities and tasks in adopting the system.
