Community projects worth over AED17 million have been launched for private sector investors and developers in Al Ain City to meet growing population needs for diverse commercial services as part of Abu Dhabi Government’s comprehensive sustainable development strategy.
The projects launched by Al Ain City Municipality covers design, construction and operation of a community market project in Al Yahar North and Asharej areas, said Badr Al Ammari, Supervisor General of Al Ain City Municipality Investment Bureau, adding that the project, which falls within the efforts made to boost the private sector’s role in country’s overall development drive, was initially launched in June and bidding process would continue until end of August. The municipality has called upon all interested parties to review the bidding requirements listed on its official website until August 27.
