Biggest Indian realty exhibition opens in Dubai

Sumansa Exhibitions’ flagship event, Indian Property Show, the biggest Indian realty exhibition in Dubai opened its 18th edition on Thursday at Za’abeel Hall 5, Dubai World Trade Centre.
Showcasing 150 real estate developers, over 40,000 properties and more than 500 projects, the participating companies are offering attractive deals, discounts and plethora of wide-ranging properties to suit every budget and requirement. The three-day event, kick-started by Bollywood celebrity and Indian Property Show brand ambassador, Arbaaz Khan will be running until June 4.
The exhibition is open from 11am to 8pm on all three days and is expecting a footfall of about 15,000 people. Entry is free with a provision for free multi-storey parking and parking opposite Novotel.
This year, the show organisers have designed a special “Kids Area” at the exhibition, where parents can safely leave their little ones and focus completely on selecting their dream home in India.The expo will also feature exclusive CREDAI Chennai and CREDAI Maharashtra pavilions, presenting a notable line-up of renowned developers through these industry bodies.Through a Mega Raffle draw 6 lucky visitors can win Jet Airways tickets to India and only lucky one will win a 100 gms Gold Bar, the winners will be announced on the last day of the event.
