Bee’ah showcases waste management facility to Shurooq

Bee’ah welcomed a high-level delegation from Shurooq, the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority, to its pioneering waste management centre in Al Saj’ah on Thursday, with Bee’ah representatives showcasing the company’s advanced technology and operational processes.
Bee’ah’s Waste Management Centre is currently the region’s largest collection of waste processing and recycling facilities.
The Shurooq delegation was led by its CEO, HE Marwan bin Jassim Al Serkal, with the delegates greeted by Khaled Al Huraimel, Bee’ah’s Group Chief Executive Officer, Mohamed Alhosani, Managing Director of Tandeef and Nada Taryam, Director of Civil and Architectural Projects, who shed light on Bee’ah’s comprehensive environmental agenda and its state-of-the-art facilities.
During the visit, both sides explored ways to bolster cooperation on ongoing and future projects, and discussed ways to utilize both companies’ vast know-hows, in consolidating the Emirate’s position as a leader in sustainable development.
Bee’ah’s facilities and processes are a critical part of the Waste Management Centre’s groundbreaking, integrated environmentally focused systems. It is also a key component in helping make Sharjah the “Environmental Capital of the Middle East”. Bee’ah believes in the power of recovering material as a means of driving growth, producing new business ventures and creating a sustainable future for the emirate.
