Following the strong demand for the first two towers of The Bridges at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2017, Aldar has subsequently sold out all homes in the development’s third tower in just 4 hours generating a total value of AED 600 million across all 3 towers.
The Bridges comprises six canal-side towers, of which two were sold out at Cityscape Abu Dhabi last month. Commenting, Talal Al Dhiyebi, Chief Development Officer, Aldar Properties, said: “Demand for The Bridges has been very encouraging, reflecting customer confidence in the Aldar brand and its developments – and also the resilience of the Abu Dhabi real estate market as new and different types of products are introduced.
