Al Najah Education grows MENA footprints

Dubai / Emirates Business

Al Najah Education Limited, a leading education investment company, has acquired a majority stake in Brooklyn Melodies Music Centre (BMMC), further expanding the firm’s education investment portfolio in the MENA and Southeast Asia regions, the key markets in which the company operates.
As part of the deal, the two founding shareholders of BMMC will remain as shareholders and continue to grow BMCC together with Al Najah. The acquisition expands Al Najah’s network to 36 institutions under its growing portfolio, including schools, nurseries and institutions operating in the peripheral sectors.
The new development in Al Najah’s expansion program marks its maiden entry into the music training sector, a move that will see the company diversify its offerings for customers and stakeholders.
Making the announcement, Shailesh Dash, Chairman of Al Najah, commented that as the UAE continues to build a strong and solid reputation as a premier educational hub, the acquisition of Brooklyn Melodies now reaffirms the group’s vision of offering borderless education, innovation and ideas that will shape future leaders.
