Visitors to Al Montazah Amusement and Waterpark this Eid Al Adha
will be able to immerse themselves in an atmosphere that has a distinctly tropical feel. Sharjah’s premier leisure destination has just announced its programme for the public holiday, with the island of Hawaii its central theme.
Titled ‘Luau Escapade,’ Al Montazah’s Eid Al Adha programme aims to enthral its visitors with a host of Hawaiian-inspired activities. With the name ‘Luau’ meaning a traditional Hawaiian party or feast accompanied by entertainment, families at the park can expect flower garlands, music, dancing and plenty of tasty food. Its organisers say that the initiative is the result of a desire to do something special for the public holiday.
“Eid Al Adha is a wonderful family-oriented time and this year we decided to add to the atmosphere of Al Montazah by creating a mini-tropical environment in the waterpark. With this initiative we aim to entice our guests during the holiday and allow them to create wonderful memories. Among other things, Hawaii is known for its spectacular waves and for being the home of surfing, so what better way to create extra fun in our waterpark than by transporting a little bit of the Pacific island here for the holiday?†commented Khalid Al Qaseer, General Manager of Al Montazah.
Visitors to Al Montazah during Luau Escapade will be able to enjoy a uniquely decorated environment of coconut palms, grass kiosks and balloon decorations. Staff will be attired in bright Hawaiian outfits, with Al Montazah mascots Saeed and Baz meeting, greeting and garlanding the entrants to the park as they arrive.
